A burger after work? That goes from time to time. However, it was the last order in Reinbek yesterday. Friendliness, please and thank you have long since ceased to exist with most of the employees, you get used to it. Yesterday the cash register displayed a payment process as an error, which was booked on my account. This is displayed in real time. An interruption log when paying? No such thing, the system doesn't do that. Instead of friendliness, I got arrogant snot behavior, I should finally pay again, the system has not made any mistakes for 20 years and if that's my bank. A name if my counterpart was none of my business. The second payment attempt, exactly the same game, my bank says yes, the cash register no. For once they gave me my meal and a broken receipt. I can call if something is wrong. Money was booked twice and I donate the almost € 14 that was booked too much to the relief fund for needy Mc Donald cashiers. For me the last visit. Errors, especially in the system, can happen. Unfriendliness and arrogance are out of place, however. Especially to a paying customer.

Too often mistakes happen with the employees, sometimes something here, sometimes someone gave me something wrong and that during Corona, because the employees have less to do (the shop is not humming now). I hope this will improve in the future. best regards

Just bought 10 hamburgers. Onions were missing and the ketchup and mustard had to be looked for. The hamburger was dry as ice and ice cold when it was served. The staff was rather bitchy and unfriendly.

Unfortunately the next one with us, therefore the most frequented. Every time, but really every time, something is missing. With two menus without extra requests, it can't be that difficult. This is the worst MC Donald I know. Ordered online when picking up 70% wrong or missing. Called in the restaurant and complained, the answer was "why do you imagine there is only one burger missing, when asked what the employee is called, the answer came I don't say my name and you won't get the missing burger reimbursed." It wasn't the first time that what went wrong, but today with this statement it overflowed. I'll say it with clear words cheaters. Report to the central office about this behavior goes out.

Wrong orders are constantly being issued ... and I liked the Chicken Signature, but such a chaotic kitchen team is not an option.
